Toronto Pregame meetup?
The closest bar to the stadium in Toronto is called Shoeless Joes on King St. near Dufferin. VERY Important note is that there are TWO of them on King. The other one is much further East.

It is soccer friendly (The Red Patch Boys meet there), good food and beer and 5 minute walk form the stadia and go train Station. It is quite a fair walk from downtown proper so grab the trolley or a cab and head west on King.

Keep trying Ticketmaster as well. They've been releasing tickets to all games as the gameday approaches. No guarantees, but you might get lucky.
