I saw him play for Cienciano once this year in Copa Liberetadores, and these past matches he has played for Peru in Copa America he has been brilliant.
I heard that he is going to Italy, anyone has an idea where to ?!!!
Thanks

There have been some dubious rumors of him going to Juve, but other than that i'm not so sure. most likely if he goes to italy it will be a Serie B team

i don't know they keep saying italy or spain even, I think he has a lot of potential but has lost faith on himself somewhat, playing for the national team has given him some spark! of his former self. I think what he needs is an environment change.

Until he receives an offer from el exterior, he will play for Alianza.

Well, he didnt cut it in the Arg league; so there must be something hindering this guy from being the next export.

I think hes good, he's got some moves and decent ball handling, yet he still needs some further evaluation at a higher level of competition.

how old is he?

After the shit game he had today, I doubt he'll be going abroad anytime soon.

Guy is just too slow to make decisions.

well, I think that is Uribes fault.

Mariño played all previous games as a RM not a LM.

So what we can infer from this is that he not much of an ambidexterous player. In other words, he is weak on the left side.

He did slightly better once he passed through the middle.

He was playing as an enganche behind Pizarro and Guerrero, with Bazalar and De la Haza behind him. He did some nice plays but when it was time to make that final pass he took too long, and sometimes he would get outmuscled by an argie and lose the ball. Demasiado limitado. Le falta.

he was told to play as a "10" or enganche behind the forwards but he played on the left wing the whole first half....and he sucked.

and yeah he was overpowered....along the left sidelines....twice...as far as I remember.

I saw improvement when he shifted towards the middle....he still better than garcia and de la haza. I think.

keep him around. he is no more slower than the others.

they were all marked

he couldt ge tit to guerrero or pizarro, just had bazalar open most of the time

and goign to europe will help him improve over all

Hope he starts hitting the weight room, too.
