Know what you mean, but there may well be trouble brewing here. The PL will insist that all transfer fees go to the Hammers. Problems? Who knows?

The transfer fees will not go to us. You can bet your bottom dollar that Kia will stop at nothing to make sure he gets his money.
I am not sure how much pressure this will actually put on us for answers though. In one breath the article claims that we will need to prove that the old third party ownership contract was torn up and in the next it says that the third party ownership contract which ManU intend to enter into is OK.
I am starting to feel like we have been the mugs who have piloted this kind of contract in this country. Now that other clubs have seen the results they know how to do it legally, keeping the PL happy. Last August we obviously didn't know how to do that, along with the obvious lack of concern on this matter from Brown and Co.
So the bottom line is that we get dragged through the mud in every way possible just for signing these players for a year whilst other teams walk away with them with not such much as a question asked.
Surely Eggy agreed a new contract of some kind after tearing up the old one. Unless he done that thinking that this gave him for ownership of the players and control about whether he left or not. But this can't be the case as he gave Kia permission to talk to other clubs about Tevez three weeks ago.
This is so confusing. I just hope we don't have more punishment on the way and the PL direct their concerns towards the way other club(s) are behaving during all this as well as us.

Money talks. This will all get resloved through pay-offs. However, the one caveat I would add is ManU don't want to get involved in some mess over Tevez, so unless it can happen relatively simply I don't see it happening. That's why I believe there will be some money spread around and all will be resolved. I don't see WHU getting much of that money in the end though.
And if it is true Tevez is and wants to go to ManU then I hope he breaks his leg at the Copa. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but I no longer give a **** about players that don't give a **** about my club.
And that goes for you to Yossi.
