NRC turned up 2 hours late for the press conference!! No surprises there then.
MON had to fumble his way through making excuses for it being so late and you could tell he was making it all up.

NRC had always been a favorite of mine...
...until last season.
While you can't blame one person for everything that went wrong last year, NRC was definitely a big part of it.
Keeping him around would have been bad karma for the team.

Pretty much mirrors my thoughts Chadwell. Pardew himself said his head had been turned by speculation. My info is he was quite happy to stay but wanted 50,000 plus a week.

Immature little brat.
Good riddance. He'll never amount to anything other than a utility player.

Villa always have been and remain to be a larger club than West Ham.
While it isn't a move to a top four team as he desired, it's a positive move to a big club threatening to reach heights previous.
1982 and such.
West Ham are also a club on the rise (as money necessitates) but such was the baggage this season, he was left with no choice but to seek pastures new. Villa are/were an appropriate destination.
On a personal level I'm not the biggest fan of his ability/potential but with Villa's vast array of young talent, that potential may not eventuate to be unfulfilled.
How he acted is dissapointing but people react differently in times of discomfort. Hopefully his attitude is rendered under MON.
