Jhasmany Campos

I am not content with the two draws and one loss knowing that we could've won the matches against Venezuela and Peru and tied the one against Uruguay
But we have an excellent team with an attitude that we've been needing and lacked before
The team now knows that it has what it takes to qualify for the World Cup
there are only two problems we have to find someone to replace Peña and Moreno
i was thinking Ronald Arana and Diego Cabrera or probably Jose Alfredo Castillo
as the time goes by we'll see if we can incorporate Gatty Ribeiro and Pachi
am sure these two have a lot to offer
i am proud of Bolivia
we went out unfairly but with a lot of pride
having good football isn't enough just like Ecuador and Colombia they lost playing well
we need to work on our definition as well
but at least we know the Jhasmany Campos is a new star

We will not have a replacement for Moreno for a long long time. We will have faster forwards, as we already do, but his touch on the ball is above average for someone playing his position. Botero, Piniedo and Castillo are faster, and good poachers, but their dribbling is normal, or on par for a forward. I forgot about this "Martins" kid. I saw him play alittle, but not enough for me to make judgement.
Vaca is talented, but I'm really suprised we don't have a midfielder that can hold the ball. We went from having an over flow of talented #10 type midfielders (Diablo, Platini, Baldi, Castillo, Melgar, Ramos, Limbert) to almost none! Vaca has decent speed, but needs more muscle... ALOT OF MUSCLE.
Ribiero has some speed, and he may help us. I don't want to see him replacing Hoyos though. That dude has good game, speed, and decent height. One dude I don't ever want to see on the pitch is Pachi. I can't stand that freaking dude. He is too slow for the international game, and his size isn't doing us any favors. That dude had way too much caffine growing up. His talent just isn't enough to overcome his disadvantages.
Defense is the key to any game. The Italians, Spanish and the Uruguayens live by that rule. We totally lack in that department... Kind of. The defense we have possess above average ball controll then the average international defender. Our defenders join in the attack, and thus the reason we've been dominating games. Basically, we have defenders to help with the attack, but we really need defenders to defend. Defenders need to be fast, and tall. Our defenders have ok speed, but sooo lack in height. Defense will be our downfall for the next few year, at least until Bolivians put down the Coke/Pepsi for a nice cold MILK!

The one thing i think we need is a good goalkeeper. It seemed that a couple of teh goals would've been prevented with a goalkeeper that can reed the play. The keeeper we have now didnt comeout when he should've and didnt react fast enough for some of the shots. I think Gato shouldve gotten the call to see if he can stand the preasure, since he didnt last time he was at the nats. What are the particulars for teh keeper tha played in copa, meaning height and all that compared to Gato.

your asking for sanchez to drop la figura de la seleccion en la copa america
everyone has there preferenses but I think your asking too much to drop the best player on the team right now, and Moreno proved that to all of us his leadership and presense was felt thru-out the copa america. No one else came close to his level of play except Raldes and I liked Campos too.

I agree, we need a #10 who can give those awsome through balls and also a good holding forward like moreno. I agree though Juan Ma, and Jaime are both close to being done, Pena more than jaime for the national team.
But i feel without pena we can put raldes in that position and still be ok.
But up front yes, Martins could be an answer if he EVER DOES play with us, or cabrera, but i havent seen much of either so its too early to tell. We cant honestly give a real answer at this point. We got 2 years, and a long road ahead to make it to the WC. But we do got that spark and a great coach who im sure most looked up to at one point....
But yes where is our #10's? Tahuchi made a bunch, but since theyre close to bankruptcy and death the of the owner and the son i believe, they havent done much!
Give us something bolivia!
