Since the thread about US caps turned into a Revs caps bonanza...



I do not have a clue the exact number of caps before 2005, usually we went to 2-3 a year:

2005-20
14 home (missed 2 games regular season)
2 away (both Jersey games)
2 home playoff
1 away playoff

2006-24
16 home
3 away (both Jersey, Columbus)
1 friendly (that team from Scotland)
1 Open Cup (Rah Cha Cha)

I can't give an exact number either, but I'd say somewhere around 30 is where I'm at right now. I went to about 4 a year between 2002 and 2004, about 6 in 2005, around 10 last year, been to about 4 this year, and so I'd say somewhere around 30, give or take, is where I'm at.

I actually figfured out my Revs total wrong from the US Cap thread.

My breakdown is for Revs games

131 Hone Regular season
12 Home playoff
4 road playoff(2 DC, 2 Metro)
7 Open cup games (5@ Foxboro Stad, 2 @ Ludlow)

1 Open Cup Final
7 DC Reg. season games
12 Metro/RBNY road games

As noted in the other thread, probably 180 or so, but doing a little research exposed holes in my memory. For example, I have no memory of ever seeing the Revs play Miami in Foxboro, although I'm fairly sure I was in my regular seats for several of those games.

1996 -- 16 home games, but missed one.
1997 -- 16 home games. Saw them all.
1998 -- 16 home games.
1999 -- 16 home games.
2000 -- 16 home games.
2001 -- 13 home games.
2002 -- 14 home games. Missed two.
2003 -- 15 home games.
2004 -- 15 home games.
2005 -- 16 home games, missed two for WCQ.
2006 -- 16 home games, missed two, one for WC.
2007 -- 6 home games.
So ... 175 home games in total. Missed 7, so been to 168 regular season home games.

USOC ...
97 -- Rough Riders, missed it.
00 -- Mid Michigan ... saw it. Unfortunately.
01 -- 4 home games (IIRC) and at LA. All 5.
03 -- Beat Rhinos, lost at Rutgers. Saw both.
04 -- Lost to Rhinos at Ludlow.
05 -- Lost to Fire at Ludlow.
06 -- Won at Rhinos and lost at Fire (didn't see the last one).
So if my count is right, 12 USOC matches seen.

17 playoff games (which includes both of the following: 3 MLS Cups and 3 road playoff games).

Been to NJ 11 times, DC 2 times, Columbus 2 and Chicago once (not including the playoff game in NY or in DC).

And the 7 international friendlies. Saw all of them.

Holy crap ... I need to get away from soccer. 220 games if my count is right.

I have 15 Revs caps.

11 caps from last year, including all home games after the Chicago game in August (even though I thought that game was in July), the Columbus road trip, the NY game, and the conference final in DC.

This year I have made 5 Revs games, with the first one being the opener in Chicago.

I only have one Revs cap. I wear it to some of the games, it's got a spiderweb on the back...

Oh, wait.

I dunno, from 96 through '03, probably three a year, ish. 04 and 05 were pretty detached, only a couple each year, and then season tickets last year and season tickets this year. Something like 50 all told, I'm guessing.
