Now that that is settled I urge Eggy to just go about football business and let the gang of four stew. NO MORE COURT CASES.
Should be a good reception at U.P for Liverpool, Wigan, Fulham.

Wow, I would have thought that SFU would have gotten some monetary damages as a parting gift. I guess they were on shakier ground than I thought.

If Sheff Utd got awarded compensation at this stage then every relegated club would follow suit in such circumstances.
They need to take their compensation claim elsewhere and I for one fully expect that to happen.

I said all along, and was fully supported by one or two others, that Sheffield would get nothing at all, and that they were wasting both time and money.
They never had a snowball's chance in hell. Bad reporting and a total failure to understand both the rules and the power of the arbitration panel, led some of their poor fans to hope, even believe, that they would be reinstated.
Thery were not. :D They do get the parachute payments. No compensation though.:D
Looking forward to the next enquirey.......and the verdict.....2 million pound fine. It would have been more, but Sheffield have loudly proclaimed themselves to be in favour of points deduction, so 5 points deducted as well.
Thank you.......................Take that to your arbitration panel....
Sorry, feeling a bit mean today.

a good reception at U.P for Liverpool, Wigan, Fulham.
Another warm welcoming party for Bent and Spurs would be nice as well.
