i think it's only the speeding issue and not paying the costs. he'll get a fine and some community service.

it's because he didn't appear in court for a recent big-time speeding violation (130km/h in a 50 zone)... my guess is that it'll eat up whatever points he has left and we'll be seeing him on the metro next season if he stays in lyon! :p
