There are talks with Pocho and his rep to bring him to Boca. The Club World Cup could be a great chance for Lavezzi to show himself.
I know there was tons of speculation for Lavezzi to move to River this past January. But it failed when River didn't have the $$ to pay for him the way San Lorenzo demanded. His rep, Eduardo Rosetto, is a huge Boca fan, and is working with Boca's tempt President, Pompilio, to smooth things up with San Lorenzo to allow the sale to Boca.
San Lorenzo wants around US$5 million NET for their 80%. (The other 20% belongs to the rep). That is roughly 7 Million for San Lorenzo to get 5 million clean. (taxes, etc)
That is more or less the amount that Estudiantes sold Pavone for ... to BETIS.
I don't need to describe Pocho, as I've done it in the past. In my books, he will be even a better player than Carlitos Tevez. His potential is there to burst in a major way. And with Roman providing the services, he could pretty fast re-value to a ridiculous amount. This could also mean that Palacio could be close to being sold ...
So we'll see what happens with Pocho. It is a move that would give Boca a huge jump in quality ... as if it is needed.
