I'd like to get as much info on this players as possible, are they decents players? any personal opinion is welcome.

Also i'd really like to know what are your opinions on Gustavo Costas as a coach, for Cerro Porteño fans and anyone who gets to see their league.

Erwin Avalos es un muerto, He went to mexico and failed big time, he went to Toluca and was a hated by fans. He had a good couple of years about 2 years ago and he is supposed to be a Goleador but his numbers have been misserable at best for the last 3 years, plus he is coming from Mexico where he was booed everytime he touched the ball, and that has to do something to your moral.

Jose Domingo Salcedo another looser, he was doing really good last year , he is a midfielder and he is pretty good but he has been in a slump for the last 6 months, making bad passes getting red carded , bitching to the refs and everything else but play well.

Marcos Caceres I don't know anything about him.

SInce you are asking about what Costas is gonna do in racing, let me give you some more info on other possible Transacciones he is trying to do. He is also asking for Santiago Salcedo(jose's brother) he is actually good he is a natural scorer, his problem is that at the peak of his career he was sold to a Japanesse club, for a couple of pennies and he hasn't been the same, since then but he is got potential since he is only 24 and very talented he was the best socorer for copa libertadores about 3 years ago.

Julio Dos santos , He is also reaally good but there is a problem he hasn't been playing for about 2 years he's been sitting in Bayern Munich's bench and they made him put some muscle and he is slower than what he used to be, He's got so much pottential he could be the next Riquelme(if he goes somewhere else) amazing ball control, passing skills are superb, we could really use him in the NT but he is just so rusty that he really can't play. I just don't see it happening since he is in Bayern Munich and makes really good money and I don't know if this could really happen.

Now Gustavo costas, you won't find any cerro fans out here, cause they are afraid of leaving the country they only stay in local forums where they can all talk to each other about their glory (only local though) they have no international trophys.

Ok Gustavo Costas, he had a "good run" with cerro, they were champions for a couple of years and that's all there is.
The bad about him, He is a Drama Queen, he loves crying to the press and fighting with the President of the club and all the things drama queens do. He also had a good set of players that were bred in Cerro and they truly love the team, and about 3 years ago they had an amazing team but still managed to get eliminated in copa libertadores also even though he had a good team he managed to Underachive in Copa libertadores, Sudamericana. If you aske is this a good move U guys didn't do well the last year and if the money is scarce you could give it a try it might save you from decenso but in my opinion don't expect much more than that.

Yeah lo de Dosantos es medio dificil me parece a mi, Te digo para mi costas no es gran cosa como tecnico(soy imparcial tambien) y los muertos que esta queriendo llevar no creo que puedan haser nada. y en caso que lleve a Dosantos, el tipo hase casi 2 anios que no juega, en el NT lo necesitamos urgente pero el tipo no puede, se trato y se trato de darle chances pero no esta a nivel de competicion, so don't expect anything fast.

Costas es buen tecnico. Le fue bien en cerro, Guarani y Alianza Lima.
Erwin Avalos es un muerto, tuvo una buena temporada y despues se apago. En el Toluca no marco ni un solo gol y fue odiado.
Marcos Caceres no se ni quien es.
Domingo Salcedo es bueno, pero ultimamente bajo un poco su nivel.

Depende de que consideras buen tecnico, El tenia buenos jugadores para el medio, el torneo Paraguayo anda muy pobre en los ultimo anios y Cerro domino, ahi es donde termina la historia, salio afuera y teniendo un buen equipo siempre fueron menos de lo que podian ser, ahora yendo a un torneo mucho mas competitivo donde no va a tener los mejores jugadores del torneo, que te parece que va a haser. Aparte de todo el drama que siempre trea alrededor de el.
