Panama and Korea having a good game so far.. half time 0 - 0 Korea with the edge as they played better at the end of the half.

That should have been a penalty on Fenin on the box - what a turn that would have been after the start Argentina has had.

Also watched portions of the DPRK and Panama game - from the little I have seen of the Argentina and Czech game - Argentina and the Czechs are by far the class of this group, not that that is a huge surprise.

If no team scores in all of group play, do they just send all 4 teams home?

If that was a serious question, I believe they just draw two teams out of a hat randomly. The key here is "randomly." If all four teams do indeed score no goals, you can pretty much expect Argentina and Czech Republic to go through with a big possibility of Korea moving past the group stage over the Czechs if they show the people more. Highly unlikely the whole situation would occur in the first place though. Korea, for example, only base their tactics on offense with absolutely no sense of defending which calls for goals in both ends. Panama didn't particularly look like they could hold the Argentines to a scoreless draw either. Completely my opinion though.

The Korea DPR vs. Argentina game should be a peach

Czeck republic boys are so athletic. They did a great job against Argentina.
I was so surprised at their ability and athleticism. I know Czeck has always had good teams since the split, but this team really impressed. Argentina too!! It is unbelievable to imagine their full nat team in 2010.

What impressed me about the Czechs was their ability to sustain so much pressure and defend so bloody well. I think Argentina though having had a bit more patience and their shooting boots on would have finished them off. No disrespect to the Czechs who did what they had to do and did it to get the draw.

Just been wondering. Do the DPR players get supervised in Canada by DPR government guards etc so tht they dont become "Westernised" or whatever ?

No clue.. but they just tied the Czechs 2 - 2

and the US beat Poland 6 - 1

Brasil plays South Korea next and Argentina plays Panama

I can see both games getting very ugly looking at Argentina´s and Brasil´s previous results.. you know they both want to win badly..

North Korea's U17s did very well in 2005, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them advance here. They have a tough game against Argentina though. I suppose losing by one wouldn't be too bad in terms of goal differential for the best third place spots.

They'd still only have 2 points, that probably won't get them through.

What pissed me off. after watching the highlights.. is that every goal was the same..

but still.. Have to support my team and hope they can score against the Czechs..

Its a shame North Korea didn't get the win against Panama.

I watched the end of the game against Argentina and North Korea had several chances to tie the game, but seems bad finishing in Asia had reached them too.
