Hi. I have a question. Here's what Kia Joorabchian says about third party transfers:
"It is a little bit like a loan deal between two clubs, except it is a loan deal between the club and a third party.
You buy the player outright, you invest in the player and the clubs sign him from you; they take the registration, the rights on any resale belong to you."
Here's link from which I took his words. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/liv...n_page_id=1779
So what are those "rights on any resale"? What Joorabchian meant by saying those words ?

The link posted is down.
corect me if I'm misunderstood you but Right to resale probably means that if another club is interested in player X they need to talk to, negotiate terms and pay player X's third party owner transfer fees etc. along with the club, if applicable. It seems like the clubs are to have little or no say in it, or as Mr Joorabchian refers to it: "You buy the player outright, you invest in the player and the clubs sign him from you" so in effect the player's ROI is being paid to the owner (not the club) by the profits of sale and transfers.
In effect Joorabchain has created a way to flog talent for profit, much the same way as the old Hollywood Studio system was run. By them unknown and cheap and move them along to better pastures increasing the ROI in order to "Grow talent" and maximize profit.
interestingly enough it seems Tevez has his sights set on Inter. West Ham being the stepping stone for him to get out of Argentina, with Joorbchian helping by holding his hand and lining his pocket at the same time

Third party transfers are nothing but dodgy,And should be stamped out immediately. If every club got there players the way West Ham got Tevez and Mascharano,Before we know it we wont know who owns who,Im still not sure who owns Tevez to this day.It just seems dodgy and corrupt to sign players this way,They should only be able to move clubs in the traditional way and no more.
