>>> Most games/matches will be available just before the game/match starts , keep looking there<<<
>>> Not all countries have, most likely, the same games/matches, this could be different. Some countries are blocked also for several live video events; i.e. If you live in Germany you can't watch Bundesliga.. Read further then for info, you can use a proxy or register in other county <<<

I'm on the Bwin site. I tried the link earlier in the day, before I posted and it was an error message. Now I'm there, just waiting... hoping before I make the airport run I'll get to watch a few minutes.

Are they doing the English radio feed again this season? They did it for one BL game each week last season.

That Bwin site has some serious bets going on over there.

Goals in first 15 minutes, its like a Superbowl of gambling over there.

Well I had to leave to pick up the wife at the airport. Sounds like we were all over them, but in the end, run of play means dirt. Damn, I wanted those 3 points.

Sounds like we scored a good goal and the linesman waived it off.

Der masochistische Freudenkult hat sich im Spiel gegen die Alemannia mal wieder aus dem Stadion singen lassen.......

But good luck anyway...;)

That game was soooooo frustrating to watch. Controlled the game from beginning to end, nice passing movements here and there, but no clout at all. Aachen scored out of nothing, they hardly turned up in front of Mondragon at all. Vucicevic with some good shots, and Helmes with some miserable attempts as well, but overall far too harmless in front of the goal.
Can't say our boys didn't try, but we never looked like scoring yesterday. When we eventually did, that linesman had to mess up.

There will be an investigation over Daum's angry comments after the game. He accused the linesman of consciously cheating on his team. Our FA can be so hypocritical, they always react allergically to any criticism.

Thanks for your post MicFW, because this is exactly how I saw the match (was in the stadium). Somehow the press saw a different match with Aachen playing well and Köln being the worse of both teams.
Ok, the last pass was not finding its destination, but Köln dominated the whole match. The first chance of Aachen meant the 0-1.

Sad that we lost our first home match, but the season is still long and we get another chance on Friday :p

From what guys on my e-mail list are saying, Daum accused the referees of whistling against you guys all the way back through last season.

I understand why you guys are angry at that linesman's call, but it's not like he blew an obvious call. On TV I thought he was offside, but didn't see until the replay that he was just on. I can see how the referee missed it. That is not an easy call to make.

What Daum should have been doing instead of making wild accusations is advising them to institute replays for disputed goals.

He didn't win any friends within the refereeing community or at the DFB with his stupid ass comments.

Yeah this is true, Daum did accuse the linesmen and that was in a provoking way.
What made Daum so angry was that it did not happen for the first time. Right off the spot I remember two occasions. In both the last matches of last season Köln scored a regular goal that was undone by the referee. Not that the additional 4 points would have mattered, but both last matches ended in a tie.

Anyways, I think because of the provoking way how Daum said this during the press conference he has something on his mind. Not sure what it is, but he expected the DFB to raise their hands against him.

BTW, instituting replays is not easily done in soccer. It might work in games with timeouts, but not in soccer. Even if it would be done by a fourth official who communicates with the referee from e.g. the announcer cabin (so that not everyone can run up to him and request the replay) it would mean that the rules regarding offside needs to be completely revamped.

French refs are using a radio system, and it seems that adding a ref in the booth might be the best way to make sure its a proper outcome. Allow coaches 1 protest per game, if you are right, you get your protest back.

You guys have good points. Something needs to be done. And I think Daum should put the weight of his reputation (his coaching reputation!) behind that instead of moaning and making wild accusations.

With what happened in Germany a couple of years ago, and what is now going on in the NBA, and add the fact that I got to watch the game (well parts of it) on a gambling site... bad calls make me nervous. More so than ever before.
