How do people listen to 4 different things at once?
Anyway currently I have on St Thomas, who's doing "Take a Dance With Me", good stuff, even if it's a Neil Young ripoff.
...and now that the St Thomas song has ended, it's To Rocco Rot, "Mit Dir in der Gegend".
See how that works?

Maybe those people are interpreting "right now" not as "right this very instant what is playing on your audio device of choice" rather what is in current rotation on said device.
Which, when you think about it, is interesting in its own right.
