I always stay out of the Maradona or Pele debate, because for me, Beckenbauer is the best player ever. Is there any doubt, after watching this and other 66WC highlights that Becks could have been the greatest goalscorer of his generation? He had a nose for goal.

I note, Gregoriak, that the YouTube title is Franz Beckenbauer, part 1. When can we expect part 2???? Also, what is your source vid for these? About 6 years ago I watched four of Germany's games on vid, so I know they exist, but I can't find them.

Part 2 is now uploaded. Unfortunately the last minute of footage is not showing.
