CAN is a pretty solid squad, really. They are what we were in the early 90s. A number of quality players, but really paltry elsewhere.
Geebus, that goal line save from hume was a freaking sidefoot donkey kick. Insane.
From a complete ass....so that's appropriate

Yep...and that's what I don't like about Kasey Keller. He stays on his line a bit much at times for my taste.
Apparently Bernier has no left foot at all...

Watching Kasey... makes me a little sad. Reminds me of why I retired.
There's a certain conservatism that creeps in when you get older. I feel like he's getting increasingly tentative coming off his line.

There's a certain conservatism that creeps in when you get older. I feel like he's getting increasingly tentative coming off his line.
Honestly, that ball screaming through the six he couldn't come out for. He had to hold his position in case one of the near-post runners got a shot at it.

I played goalie growing up and at 5'8", I had to play off my line a lot more, and when I see a goalie not owning his area enough, that's what I don't like.

That was set up dicking around with the ball outside the 18, and then giving it away.

It's not that one, it was a couple in the first half. In particular the one that he let bounce that was way over Gooch's head.

And, E, you know how much I love Kasey. I named my damn cat after him. Will always be my favorite US player.
I'm not hating, I just think he's become more conservative off his line.
