The propeller of a motorboat, slicing straight into my face?

That's sounding like a great idea. Anything. :p

I know it's irrational, but there's no random bodily malfunction I hate more than hiccups. H.A.T.E.

Hmmm. I don't think that's quite what I had in mind. ;)

Dude, I really, really would like to go. But right now it's just not possible. I can't use any vacation time for six months.

I have 7 days remaining and that's counting my already scheduled trips to Chicago and DC in October and the week of Thanksgiving (which I took because my boss said I needed to have something on the calendar at the start of the year).

So, if I give those 4 days back (which I likely will, I have nothing planned), I will have 11 days for the rest of the year.

Well, I had tried plan a B@W trip, but it never panned out. I might go with a friend later this year, but it's up in the air.

If you do, let me know. I could make the drive up.

I'll take the hiccups over puking any day of the week.

Especially last Sunday.

You forgot that I am basically a low-self-esteem fatalist?*

DUDE, I thought we KNEW each other! ;)

They seem to be gone. "Urge to kill: lower, lower..."

I have a co-worker who has one of those successories things on her desk and my boss has one in her office. I'm really tempted to put this on my desk and see how long before I get asked to take it home.

Peter Gibbons: What would you do if you had a million dollars?
Lawrence: I'll tell you what I'd do, man: two chicks at the same time, man.

Dude, puking is only "random" when you've caught a bug.
More likely, we-done brought it on ourselves! :D

You're right: I'd take hiccups over some of the things I've done to myself, any day...

So you learned to live with the bouts of incontinence, then?

I'll carry almost a full 80 hours after July 1. Half disappears with the beach trip, but I don't have much else planned for the rest of the year. Then, in October, I start accruing more per pay period because I pass my five-year anniversary.

Good grief! I had no idea you'd been there that long.

the only thing keeping me awake is harrassing some of the ladies in the office and looking at that despair site. the good thing is that one of the ladies has a dirtier mind than me.

Umm, only once.
Clearly, I forgot the ref. My mistake.

:embarassed:

(Crap, I could tell you stories about the drugs they pump into you in the hospital. I don't wish that on anyone...or their nurses. Sheesh.)

It began, no surprise, as a bar bet.

How appropriate.

Now off for a run around the park, er, pitch.
Whistle.
Cards.
Kneebrace. :(
Damn well better be ARs there today.
