my team jsut got in a massive brawl at us club regionals
pity tho as we both got knocked out
thanks to the damn tournament system
but it was fun im gonna hafta admit .... albeit the bitter taste of not making semis
n i heard that the iphone will be work as an mp3... but when it comes to the actualy PHONE part... its gonna fail
wait for the second generation

That is true, most of the time the first release of phones do have a lot of technical bugs, so getting version 1.2 or 1.3 is the best option, or at least getting a software upgrade at the first possible opportunity.

i phone loooks cool for business people who need the extras, but to everyday john doughs/joe bloggs u dont need all that shit

Ahh my old team's manager is being an ass. He has been phoning the manager of the team I'm training with and is moaning about me playing for them, complaining about nothing and claiming that "he kicked me out" and he said "I would never play for his club again". All of which is bollocks, even the new manager said he's talking out his arse. And quite strange that the new manager of my old team said he wants to keep me. A bit odd, methinks.

True, but you quoted the offline price of the phone. When you sign up on a contract here (on a network, with tons of free minutes and texts, works out cheaper than pay as you go) you get the phone for £50. :)

£50 is what now? $100? thats not too bad. i paid nothing for my moto q because of some loyalty crap. it does everything i want it to. google maps, email, internet, wmp.

Can I just say that the british weather is pissing me right off :mad: the first day its dry enough to play without the risk of getting struck by lightening its too windy so my ball blows off all over the place when im trying to practice!

Playing on turf here is hell since almost every field now made of the shite your freaking boiled and burned by the end of the day. Thank God my tryouts are on a grass field and a bit later in the day cause its terrible...

I just trained for three hours in this weather, and scored an absolute screamer in the match at the end...reminiscent of Alan Shearer's volley against Everton :D

Had my tryouts pulled something so I could not got 100% but I still was faster then most guys and I played decent I think :o
