We get all our guys back from suspension.

I have a feeling we're going to put together our best game of the cup so far.

Mexico 3 - Guadeloupe 1

Well, in his defense, it wouldn't take much for Mexico to have their best game of the tournament. It's all relative I guess.

I actually would rather play Honduras for the Revenge. I think our game vs Honduras was our best one yet, that is until the red on Blanco. That is also cuz I havent seen the Costa Rica game yet. I need to find a torrent of it.

At this point, Mexico cannot be too overconfident. That would be suicidal and very irresponsible. Mexico has to improve their football and play better matches. This whole Gold Cup has been very cumbersome and turbulent for Hugo Sanchez. I really, really hope that in Copa America, I will see a different Mexico. I really saw Mexico with no attitude.

Yes, Borgetti might have scored, but for him, Bravo, Fonseca and Medina, they are done with the national team!!! Their time is over. I want to see Vela and Gio.

I see a very hard fought match. It will be a physical match. Mexico has to win at least 1-0.

According to TV Azteca Rafa would join Mexico in Chicago this Tuesday, now would he play?, that is a question that probably only Hugo and Rafa together can answer, but I guess that if Rafa is healthy and well, he'll play against Guadalupe.

Likely line up

---------------------------Sanchez---------------------------------
------------------- Rafael Marquez---Magallon------------------------
----------Osorio-------------------------------- Salcido-----------------
---------------------Pardo------------Torrado
----------Medina --------------------------------Guardado-----------
--------------------------Castillo
------------------------------------Borguetti--------------------

I dont like this line up but this is what he will likely use. I would rather see Cuah start in Castillos place and Castillo start in Medinas. I really liked the pairing of Bofo and Cuah, they really stebalized the game when they came in. I never really liked bofo, but if he does what he did against Costa Rica I want him in the game.

Bofo has been amazing for el tri, he may not show it in his play but how many assists has he had so far?

Considering that Guadeloupe already defeated one semi finalist in Canada and the team that beat Mexico, I hope Mexico does not take them lightly at all.

To add to what I said, Guadeloupe is stacked. They have 12 players that play in europe, 8 of them in france. If Hugo respects the european so much as he says he does, then he should not overlook this team at all. It will be a very tough out.

It's players in 2nd-4th division in France. Not all starters. Lets not get too over hyped. When you have a 41 year old getting a clean kick for goal in the box then you have issues. Of course Hugo should not overlook anyone, but this is not Cameroon of 90' with a great Roger Milla either. Honduras played an inconsistent aweful game. And Guadalupe did what they needed to do. Mexico has a solid league and now has players playing in top level. Mexico just needs to find their game. Also, Mexico is much deeper then most teams.

How can it be worst!!

That brings up the question, what has been our best game this tournament?

Without question, that last one!

Here's my line-up, doubtful but I'd like to see it.

----------------Sanchez----------------
Osorio-----Magallon-----Maza-----Salcido
Arce--------Pardo/Torrado--------Castillo
----------Blanco--------Bofo----------
-----------------Borgetti--------------

The defense did well, let's not mess with it.
I like Arce more tham Medina, just a preference.
At the DM, I'd rather see Pardo, but Torrado did make up for his abysmal performance against Honduras.
I'd take Guardado out, I'm convinced that he's tired...give'em the day off. Plus, that is Nery's natural position (i think). I dig the Bofo/Blanco combo.

Edit: Plus, I would hate for Guardado to pick up a 2nd yellow and miss the final if we make it.
