Going to be another great EPL year next season. Just wanted to say we see you guys in week 2 I think and that is going to be the best game of the new season just cause both clubs are trying hard to break into the top 4 and it is going to be a dogfight between us to see who will make a better impression. I will be watching for sure hope that you guys have a good season and well see u guys a lot maybe with us being in Europe together. Later.

I doubt either Spurs or the Toffees will break into the top 4.
However, the competition for 5th should be hot and fearsome this coming season. :)

 rocket... where is your optimism??????
oh wait... it's everton
:p ;)
I think our blues can give the top four a big fight... we stuck it to the dark side and if we just keep fighting i know we can take it to the others as well! COYB!

I know that we will be competing for that 4th spot just cause we have gone out and done a good job of having our team in prime postition to be in 4th I think its more likely then not that we will be very close to 4th in the league if not in 4th or 3rd if since i'am optimistic.

How do you all think Arsenal will fare with Thierry Henry gone to Barcelona?
I'm starting to think Hauler's right, and there may be a Champion's League spot up for grabs after all.

Totally agree. Arse are finished without Henry.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Arsenal.
I've got a feeling that they aren't going to be hurting near as much as many people think and could surprise some people.

Yea but the Spurs got Bent (for a ridiculous price, but still its Darren Bent).

Spot on with the "ridiculous price" observation.
That just made Moyes look like a genius (again) by getting AJ at 8.6M just last year. And I don't even want to know how much Lescott would be worth now...

To be fair to D. Bent
He played on a shite team 2 years in a row and was the 3rd best goalscorer in the League those 2 seasons.
I'd rate him over AJ by a lot to be honest. Not sure he's double AJ's worth, but AJ was too expensive to begin with anyways.

You may be right.
He'll certainly have an opportunity to prove himself, especially in European competition.
My question is does anyone leave. Since Keane just re-upped his deal and Berbatov is going nowhere, that leaves Defoe.
Does he stay or does he go?
I wouldn't mind seeing him partner AJ upfront, that's for sure.

Defoe is a good player, but might be too similar to AJ. I'd rather have a cheap European export or just keep Anichebe as 3rd striker and Vaughan getting a full season.

Honestly look how defoe did last season. I mean he scored 18 goals off the bench the man is a godsent. I would love to see him go to you guys for the fact he could start and europe would be in his future next year. Although I wouldn't want him to come back and haunt us. I could see you guys moving into 5th and arse slipping all the way to 6th or 7th if they don't make some big moves very soon. If arsene does not come back then man they are going to be in a world of hurt. Glad to see tim howard back with you guys great american keeper.
