From the Real Salt Lake season ticket holders email:
Everton Saturday, July 21 7:00 p.m.**
Boca Juniors Tuesday, July 24 8:00 p.m.
If I didn't have tickets to see Celtic play the Fire on the 22nd, I'd be there. Have fun if you go! And post pictures!!
I believe general public tickets go on sale at the end of June...but check the RSL Big Soccer pages or website for more info!
**Subject to change, confirmation, etc. but this is the news I have so far...check the Real Salt Lake pages/website for more info ;)

Season ticket holders for Real Salt Lake (whose ticket package includes these matches) can buy extra tickets starting tomorrow (June 15th). The general public can start purchase seats starting June 20th.

any of you lovely everton fans are welcome to join the RCB (RSL supporters group) for our traditional tailgate party. We are in the west parking lot, bring your own beverages, and food (we have grills). We usually start about 3 hours before the match.

"Officials at Everton Football Club have moved quickly to deny reports that the Blues will be taking on USL Premier Development League side Ventura County Fusion on Tuesday.
The California based club had reported on its website that the game was to go ahead.
However a message on the Official Everton Website read:
We can confirm that there is no fixture scheduled for this week but confusion has been sparked after a local website announced a game involving Everton.
A local amateur team will merely be attending an Everton training session during the week with a view to helping out with some game situations.
By no means is it categorised as a match and there will be no spectator access."
No game :(

Good thing as we might have lost that one too...:D
Just kidding. Hopefully they'll get their feet back under them soon. That Salt Lake heat/air was a killer and RSL just ran their socks off.

And they only brought 16 players. That's a lot of running this early on in training.

So it turns out that Everton DID play against Ventura County Fusion in a behind-closed-doors friendly at the Home Depot Center last Tuesday (a friend of mine somehow managed to get into the game - apparently there were quite a few disgruntled Everton fans there pissed off that there was wrong information flying around, and they all just turned up anyway to see what was happening).
Everton won 5-0.
I don't know who scored, but apparently Iain Turner, Arteta, Yobo, Phil Neville, Beattie and Nuno Valente all played.
