Any one that is disappointed with Pavel's performance never watched him play for America. I watched pavel play for at least 6 years and this is ladies and gentlemen Pavel's true capacity.

I beleive that he became really famous in germany because his position allows him to be a moderate player, not a so called creativo flashy player that is going to change the game with his feet.

No creo.

Most of the people here posting about who or what is Mexican enough have more than likely never lived in Mexico.

Zinha has played with balls and pride for us, and theres nothing more beautiful than watching a dude out there, giving his all for his adopted country.

Who here has the stats for Lavolpes first 10 games, and Hugos up until now. I still like Lavolpes team, but I want Hugo to succeed, he better win that f'ing Cup.

Yes, the only reason he came to Mexico was to play futbol for Toluca.

I'm not arguing why he came to Mexico. I'm just saying that may not have been the only scenario in which Zinha would have become citizen.

the Truth is nobody knows unless maybe you personally know him.

Definitivamente no.

I think Hugo will come to his senses and forget about that 4-4-2 nonsense.
The team has been looking ridiculously shaky when we loose possession of the ball.

What the team needs is to use 3 centrales (Rafa, Salcido, Galindo[in this case Maza ]), 2 carrileros (Osorio, Ramoncito, Gringo, etc.), ONE defensive midfielder (Torrado when we're trying to protect a lead, Pardo when we have to attack--they don't have to play together ), un 10 (Bofa, Cuauh, anyone who steps up---hell even Medina or Castillo), Guardado on the left, Medina or Castillo on the right. Bravo, Tronkin, Tronketti, Cacho--maybe but I have the feeling he's more of a club team player...

Esta bien facil chingado Hugo...

I think he actually loves his adopted country. I remember him blowing off Brazil and saying he prefers tacos and mariachi music. I remember him kissing the emblem on his shirt, he has a mexican wife and kids. He has been in Mexico forever already, if I remember correctly he even knew the words to national anthem or at least tried. How much more mexican do yall want him to be?

The argument wasn't with you, it was with Cangrejillo Rafamarquez. I know that nobody will truly know if he would have become a citizen.

At least against Costa Rica Temo will be available he better play his f*cking heart out. Nery as a creativo is not a bad idea, except that he is suspended for the game against Costa Rica

Now tronquin and Borguetti seems to be working late in the games ( Cuba game and Panama game) But Hugo needs to have Guardado and Venado ( o Arce) to balance out the lack pf speed of our forwards

I don't know how good Zinha would do, but in the absence of Blanco, he would be better than Bofo imo. Worth a try.

By the way, we should be thanking the refs for giving Mexico a corner kick that led to Salcedo's goal, that shoild have being a trow in.

youre argument is weak, almost childish in nature

youre being unrealistic and are only using the fact that its not impossible for zinha to somehow end up in mexico. the chance that would happen is very remote

thats like saying my mom and dad might have ended up together even though they didnt attend the same school together

nobody knows for sure....

stop being an idiot

Has anyone mentioned the condition of the pitch in all three games?

The balls were skipping across the top and bouncing weird, it looked like FAS vs Firpo out there playing on some high school pitch with the paletero camping out behind the goal and traffic driving by in the background in San Salvador...

The fields are a disgrace...I haven't seen any other Gold Cup games, does this hold true for the fields the U.S. and others have been playing on?

It was bad no doubt about it but we cant use this as an excuse because the other teams also played on these fields.

Hugo, if not mistaken, has mentioned it 15332525 times your point

The fact of the matter is that Mexico's groop played on the same stadium, yet Honduras scored five goals on Cuba and beat us. Cuba and Panama played a really good game in the same pitch where Mexico played against Honduras

See my point, the field shouldnot affect the outcome of a game. Blame the players Hugo, la federacion, but the Pitch, that's just making up excuses.
