As a guy that went through Fidelity Investments Brokerage sales training I love/hate seeing those guys on the phones. So painful and so many telephone sales rules broken but very funny.

I have worked as IT at call centers for years... while I never had to deal with the phone sales, it was funny to watch them. I had never seen boiler room until it came on TV the other day... I caught the end of it and it was kind of funny.

I was a telemarketer for 5 years in high school, early college years. It reminded me of how glad I am that I don't have to do that crap anymore.
