I wonder if any female convicts are going to sexually assault her with a toothbrush. Anal?

She will get out again. Because:
1. She has money
2. She's caucasion.
If that was Lil Kim, then she would have never gotten out of jail the first time around.

I don't buy this racial view. It is a class issue, not a race issue.
What did Lil' Kim go to jail for? I forget.
This is a money thing. Why did O.J. get away? He looks kind of black to me. Diddy got away. Kobe got away. I don't see the race thing here.

Perjury. Agree somewhat about this not being a racial issue. The crimes are quite different and as such they will have different sentences and situations. I don't doubt that Hilton has received special treatment but Lil' Kim was in prison for a far more serious, federal charge so had the same thing happened to Hilton she wouldn't be able to go around the system as easily as her money has let her in her current situation.

Yeah, this really has nothing to do with race. It's definitely class. You can bring race in if you want to go a layer back about why class differences exist, but that's all it is. Either way, it's a good thing she's back in the system.

You probably have never been on the other end of the stick then. It is more of a race issue then a class issue. Because both these bitches are rich.

You just have to observe and take a look at statistic. I believe it is a race issue before it is a class issue, and to add onto that, the issue of class that one finds himself born into can be traced back to his race for the majority....

Hasn't Whitney Houston, a rich black woman, been let off for cocaine numerous times? With a lot less penalties than the average person.
I was on the wrong side of a race issue, being an Indian in Oklahoma around 9/11, but I still think the race card is an easy one for people to dish out. But it is not applicable in a case like this.

I apologize for assuming anything, that is entirely my fault and I have no right to do that to anyone. Obviously I do not see any race and only letters on a screen, so excuse me on that.
However, the race car may very well be a card that can easily be played, but it has come to that for a reason....

Nah man, I ain't takin a shot at you at all. I'm just saying, I think the argument here is that she's rich.

For sure money aids the cause, I can completely understand that. But I still think race comes into play here. She was let out of jail....the complete opposite of Paris Hilton, which for the sake of the argument is a black women, would not have been freed from Prison when the sentence was already made. Period.

Are you still talking about Lil' Kim?
Juxtapose the situations, man. The crimes and sentences are not comparable. Thus, none of the issues are comparable. Plus, Lil' Kim was to serve a 20 year sentence for perjury that a lot of people do. She did like what, one year?

We've come to a point in this country where money speaks more than anything, even color. JC gave some great examples; Kobe, O.J. P.DiddlyDoodly, etc...
Paris is getting out because she's a rich girl from one of the most powerful families in the country - that preceeds everything else. If the same was true but she just happened to be non-caucasion, she would still get out or receive special treatment. I'm not saying racism doesn't exist in this country, it still very much does but it's ridiculous to assume this is a racial issue in the first place. That holds absolutely no ground to me.
By the way, on Paris, I hope she suffers, whatever that might be, I hope she does. There has to be some justice in this world.
