Carlo Costly! I am his fan from Bełchatów in Poland. He had a really good season there. I hope that he is going to stay.

I guess this will be the second best national team Mexico will face after the spazzos?

Mexico will have to correct its mistake if we are to get past the first round especially vs. Honduras!

Is Honduras really that good right now? They lost to Panama and were also the the last team to qualify out of Central America, right?

Did you see Mexico Vs. Cuba? maybe they lost to panama, but they are good enough still to give mexico trouble.

i want to see this:

--------------ochoa---------------

osorio---magallon---salcido--morales

-------------torrado--------------

---arce-----------------guardado--

--------------cuau----------------

-------borgetti-----castillo---------

kikin played a great game today, enough to earn a starting spot, but i think he's better coming off of the bench. we need rafa to get here soon so salcido can move to left back, lozano or morales haven't been too great lately.

lets face it, our bundesliga star player didn't play like he should against cuba. torrado should get a chance. HUGO NEEDS TO HAVE A CONSISTENT STARTING LINE-UP.

One good game shouldn't earn you a starting spot should it? If you took that philosophy as coach you'd be switching line-ups every game especially with players like Kikin. I think you got it right and we should keep him coming off the bench if we use him.

Not sure about Torrado either. He's not very consistent. I wish we could find more defenders so we could play Marquez out of that spot (although that wouldn't matter this tournament anyway.)

It doesnt matter what lineup we put out. If we cant play with balls, as a team, we are ********ed.

Good starting line up, but i would switch Torrado for Pardo. As much as i hate to admit it, Torrado has been performing better than Top 5 player from Germany.

Seeing bravo and nery playing together should be interesting.

Sup guys i new here. This is my first post.

I have followed the Mexican national squad for many years now. And im very pleased with the squad Hugo has built. But it seems like they cant connect. Hugo was right that the mexican squad will arrive to the Copa Oro at 65%. Against Cuba they looked lost in the first half. In the second half they showed great team control. I think mexico will demolish Hondruas tommorow.

I really like how Mexico has options now. Every player they bring onto the field has talent or experience. I never really liked the way Bo-Fo plays with the national team, he tries to look pretty way to much. I like the hustle from Torrado but he gives the ball up way to much. As for Pavel he has to get use to the slow pace of mexcio, he is still in the Europe mode. I think mexico will start looking better and better with each match.

wait isn't Honduras gonna lose a mid-fielder that got ejected from the Panama game will this hurt them? I want to see Medina in their and as far as defender goes can't we still call up Mendez and Galindo I know Marquez will join the squad towards the end of the Gold cup also what about Pinto Ihaven't seen him?

I though Marquez wasn't going to play in the Gold Cup. The defenders we have now are solid. Salcido, osorios, johnny, and maza do a good job. Osorio and salcido didn't even start last night. The players that played did a fair job. NOT the best but decent job against a very quick Cuban squad. Something that always kills mexico.
