honestly, fifa needs to adopt a rule where both are deserving of a yellow, foul of not. A ref could do it now (if it isn't "simulation" it's certainly "unsportsmanlike behavior") but the first one to do it would have a difficult time explaining why Donovan got a yellow and a FK.

Good defensive responses to stop Guatemala from getting a shot on goal in the last few minutes. That said, it's time for the US to push for goal #2. Sitting on a lead with over half the game left isn't a good idea, in my opinion.
UPDATE: So the US put together a beautiful cross and Twellman puts it over with the header! Aw, nuts.

I'd like to see a little more possession up the right flank. All of our progressions with passing seems to be coming up the left. Mostly long balls down the right...
As I write that, Donovan breaks down the right and Twellman misses a sitter, he would have buried against the Chicago Fire...bah!
