Edit: Fluminense Manager Branco said today in an Interview with the brazilian radio broadcaster CBN that Carlos Alberto will move to Werder Bremen!
Since yesterday it´s also on the Fluminense website (http://www.fluminense.com.br/d_integra.asp?idn=3491)
O elenco do Fluminense sofreu duas baixas.
Carlos Alberto disputou 102 jogos e marcou 18 gols. Em sua segunda passagem pelo clube, o jogador conquistou a Copa do Brasil.
Carlos Alberto (to Werder Bremen) and André Moritz leave Fluminese.

Meh, a Sporting fan talking about a Porto player.Like asking a Dortmund fan about a Schalke player. :D
Werder will be 'OK'.
They managed to get Ailton to perform at his career best, a player who isn't really 'cool' with the "discipline" movement.
Lot's of difficult characters have had great years in Germany.Marcelinho was pure magic for a few years in Berlin.
I think the player has the potential, and Werder is a team that has patience and usually at least gets 1-2 great years, even from difficult characters.

Werder Bremen are being linked with a second Brazilian after the signing of Carlos Alberto.
The 22 year old striker, currently with Corinthians, is expected to join compatriot Carlos Alberto as Bremen’s latest summer recruit.
He has previously tried his luck in Europe with a spell at Lyon in 2004. His stay in France wasn’t a great success with only 2 goals in 32 appearances.
However Nilmar was only 19 at the time and has gained in experience since.
It is hoped the deal can be completed in time for him to join up with the rest of the squad at their training headquarters in Switzerland.
“It would be great if the deal goes through” said Werder trainer Thomas Schaaf.

So when is Carlos Alberto going to be officially presented by Werder Bremen?
When he´s signed.
The problem is not Werder and the players,
but the people/companies, who have the transfer rights on him.
It´s a complecated case.
Hope it can bes solved in the next time.

Sanogo sucks. I don't know why a team like Bremen would want him?
Rosenberg,Almeida,Klasnic and Hunt are already better strikers than him.

Sanogo sucked at Hamburg,
this doesn´t mean he will suck at Bremen.
About the rumours, it´s hard to say how big is the interest,
but we all must face, that we´ll not see any Aguero or Huntelaar
as Klose replacement. Werder won´t sell much more than 10 million €
for a new striker.

Radio Bremen and the Weserkurier just reported that the Weserstadion won't become a football-only stadium because the costs exploded from 50 Mio € to above 75 Mio € :(

Exactly. He sure as hell didn't suck in Kaiserslautern either.

EE, some people just don't know that the person who is not the biggest name sometimes might be the best choice.......
