Does anyone know where the USMNT will be practicing while in the Boston area? Sometimes they show up at Harvard to practice, just wondered if anyone knew times or places they could share with us?

I've heard that they will practice at Harvard, but I don't have any dates/times

If only we knew someone at Harvard that could find out for us.

We have already looked to Evan, but I was trying to ease up on him as it is Commencement Week here, and for him it means lots of work, for me, it means lots of tourists crowding up the sidewalks in Harvard Sq.

Often visiting national teams have practiced at the Middlesex School in Concord. They have lots of pristine fields. I watched the Greeks practice over there before WC94.

Ah, your taking it easy on him...what's more important, his job, or our needs? :p
I got stuck in traffic for BU's commencement a week or so ago...not fun. I blame Kraft for it.

Oh god, that happened to me last year. Get your god damn diploma and get out of my city.

I now picture BU's commencement as a drive-thru. You pack up your car, drive down Comm. Ave, in a parade of other graduates (hence the traffic issue) roll down the window, receive your diploma and get right on the Pike.
Before this turns into a BC/BU bash-fest couldn't give a crap about either - I want to know if and when they would be at Harvard.

actually it would consist of them sneaking on the B line outbound then bitching because they have to pay the fare like everyone else...THEN get in their cars that are double parked, and then it would continue with what you wrote ;)
I don't care about BU or BC at the moment either fyi...

Let me see if I can dig up the details today now that Commencement's done and the madness has subsided, and for me, that means coordinating the media planning for the event.
Cool part of the day was having a nice conversation with the local Reuters photographer who also happens to be a big soccer fan.

The bus driver that took the team to the afternoon training session gave new meaning to the term 'Harvard Square'. With the training site only a few miles away, we managed to take a route that took us through all of Cambridge and back past our team hotel.
This is from the USSF blog that's been running with the Gold Cup. Doesn't help with when they are practicing, but it seems like at least some practices are being held at Harvard

practiced today at 5pm at Harvard very lightly. some running/streching. Striking and foot work. 10 v 10 and a few pk's/free kick/crossing and finishing. looks like Parky(he started the 10v10) or Demerit in the middle in the back next to Gooch, based on practice today. Ralston and Taylor on the probable non-starting 10
