like I've said before... Americans are attracted to violence. The reason you don't see Americans setting up firms and creating havoc is because of our gun laws. The "gangs" we do have use the gun as frequently as hooligans use fists, bats, stanleys and rockets(we call them roman candles which we used to shoot each other with for fun but that's another story). Mixed Martial arts is the fastest growing sport in the States for a reason. It's not hooligan facination only. We just haven't been able to watch much of it until YouTube came along. Plus, Hooligans are loosely related to soccer where this is not:
