View Full Version : Traveling to Dallas this week. Need advice on Soccer Pubs

Heh all,
Sorry to start a thread on this, but its short notice, and I wanted to make sure it got some visibility and responses b/4 I left for my trip.
Will be visiting Dallas this wednesday-Sunday, staying in the the Uptown area, and would like suggestions on soccer friendly bars for to watch the games. (will drive 40 minutes for a good place)
I plan on checking out the FC Dallas game/stadium, but need my Nat's action also! :D

Gotta agree. A little less soccer-centric than Londoner but much closer to Uptown and the accompanying ... shall we say ... babe-ness. Plus, at least three other bars in walking distance.

Hey dude, we're actually having a Gold Cup watching party at Trinity Hall on Thursday night so go there as there will be plenty of us there watching the game. Just look for the guys in the Inferno/USA shirts.

I'm staying at the Hyatt Regency Reunion in Dallas near the West End and I can't find a place to watch the game tonight. My Slingbox isn't working because of my damn TIVO. Please help.

Trinity Hall - Mockingbird Lane and 75, in "Mockingbird Station" - 2nd floor next to The Angelika.
Lots of people watching.
Right now you are like 3-4 miles from it - not that far, but can't walk it, $8 cab ride or so.
