The Olimpo fans invaded the pitch with 2 minutes to play. Had Rafaela tied the game, the champions of the Clausura would had been Defensa y Justicia. There would had been a need for Olimpo and D&J to play a tie to determine the first automatic promotion into the top flight, as winners of the Apertura and Clausura respectively. And Rafaela would had made it to the play-offs. With the 2-1 result, Rafaela is fuct.
It is utter BS ... Olimpo should be penalized for having their fans suspend the match. And Rafaela given the points. With this ... it would be Rafaela who would win the Clasura, as they were leading the table prior to the last match day and with the 3 points whould had won it. And a tie between Olimpo and Rafaela should determine the first team going into the top division as winners of the Apertura and Clausura respectively.
There could be news regarding this tonite ... even thou most in the press are giving Olimpo as the winner, champ and first promoted team.
Why can't the rules of the tournament be followed in Argentine football? :confused:

Era empate clavado entre Olimpo y Newell's, pero apareció Angel Morales en el último minuto de juego y le dio los tres puntos al equipo de Bahía. Los rosarinos están en zona de descenso directo.

Aunque el desarrollo del partido no justificaba tanta diferencia, Olimpo fue más efectivo que River y por eso ganó con justicia. Gustavo Pinto, Javier Páez, Lujambio y Leandro González fueron los autores de los goles para sellar el 4-0. Con esta derrota, el Millonario perdió en el torneo con los cuatro equipos ascendidos.

He's a decent young winger. Used to play for Gimnasia La Plata another first division team but he hasn't really done much at either Gimnasia or Olimpo. I think he can play as a striker as well, but he usually plays on the right wing.
