I just saw that on wiki that bonhof is scouting for them as of this last year. The others, I don't know. I think it goes more beyond the coach at this point. Some players were just plain old busts.

so chelsea are setting out their antennae in germany ay...

anyway yeah i agree it's way more than the coach, but someone with influence and legend at the club could help.

Well, let's see what Ziege can do in rebuilding this squad.

Look what club legend Samner did at Dortmund. Playing legends do not equate to coaching legends.

yes but they can bring some calmness, authority and winning mentality.

So it could work.

Panic FC is happy to see Friend leave the Dutch league b/c Friend played very well against his team... 4 goals in 2 matches verses Feyenoord.

Unfortunately, the highlights of those matches seem to have been taken down on youtube, but here is where I posted info and links of those now extinct videos:

It's been fun following his career since his days at UCSB.

Go Rob Friend!

Go Gauchos!!!

Welcome Gaucho. As a huge fan of Canucks in Germany, let me add that Rob scored his FIRST goal today as he got on the end of a Neuville free kick. Neuville and Friend came on at the half as BM wins a friendly 4-1.

Wesley Sonck (suspension) & Ze Antonio (refused to play 2nd league) still didn't find new clubs ... and don't even play a role in our 2nd team (the same with David Degen).

Bad news concerning the signing of the Swede international player Sharbel Touma (winger/striker) from Twente Enschede. :( It seems that his wage demands are too high for us...

After the 0:3 defeat in the final test game in Bochum, I'm pretty sure that we'll sign 1 or 2 decent strikers within this week.

Let's wait up...

Gelungener Start

Nach den Testspielen musste sich gestern das neue Team erstmals in einem Pflichtspiel beweisen. Der Sieg macht Mut für die anstehenden Aufgaben, auch wenn sicherlich noch nicht alles rund lief.
