Borussia hat Mittelfeldspieler Patrick Paauwe vom französischen Erstligisten AFC Valenciennes verpflichtet. Der 31-jährige Niederländer unterschrieb heute einen Dreijahresvertrag beim VfL.

Soumaila Coulibaly vom Fußball-Zweitligisten SC Freiburg zum
Ligakonkurrenten Borussia Mönchengladbach ist praktisch perfekt. Die
Vereine hätten sich auf die Ablösesumme geeinigt, die Verträge seien
allerdings noch nicht unterschrieben, erklärte SC-Sportdirektor Dirk
Dufner am Freitagabend im Trainingslager der Südbadener im
österreichischen Schruns. Für den 29-jährigen Coulibaly soll Freiburg
vom Bundesliga-Absteiger dem Vernehmen nach 450 000 Euro erhalten.

I personally don't pay much attention to pre-saison friendlies. A victory against a champion isn't bad though...;)

If Ziege manages to sign 2 good strikers now (and I'm pretty sure he will continue the good job), we'll have a decent team for the promotion battle in my eyes.

Me too, say how often the Ligapokal champion became BL champion.
They are goo to integrate new players, test some formation
and give self-confidence, but that´s it (IMHO).

There are diverse rumours ... but I'm sure it will be another suprise, since all players he signed until now were kept secret.
