What an impressive result! What happened to the "Auswärtsdeppen" of the last year(s)?

Well, apparently we didn't dominate the match in the way the result may sound (unfortunately I didn't manage to watch it on tv) ... but that's no problem if you have such a great attack (2 goals from Rob Friend again)! It's simply a new feeling for every Gladbach fan to enjoy so many goals lately...

6 victories in a row now (last time it happened 20 years ago), that's fantastic and a great advertising for the BIG DERBY against Cologne at Borussia-Park (next game)!

Borussia rampant in Koblenz

Patrick Paauwe had Borussia's travelling support celebrating after just 70 seconds in Koblenz. And Borussia went on to steam-roller the home side 5-0.

I've been lurking. Not much to say, since I cannot watch us play here in the US . And, there's been *nothing* to complain about this season:D. I thought that this season would be difficult and the team might be middle of the pack--but they have pleasantly surprised me. The best part is that most of the talent is *young*, which bodes well for a successful return to the big stage next season.

A ha! ;)

Btw: Bad news for all travelling BMG supporters concerning the new fixtures. Shit, even the Fürth game is on a Friday!

Here's an interesting interview with the former Köln and current Borussia defender Alex Voigt one week before the DERBY:

The DERBY STATISTICS is clearly positive for Borussia (especially at home):

Btw: I'm really curious whether we can top the last derby choreo next Monday.

(The fans in that clip should better have renounced those stupid "Kölle steigt ab" chants before the match ... since we all know what happened 1 season later)

I doubt your wish will come true...
I'd rather play another derby next season, so I wouldn't mind if they follow us to the 1. Bundesliga.

Btw: Christopf Daum with one of his "famous" psycho tricks before the derby. Damn, I can't believe he has to motivate his players for this game! Poor Cologne fans...:p

Quote:

2 interesting statistics concerning the derby:

Borussia didn't lose to Köln at home since 1992, but also never managed to get a win against their manager Christopf Daum!

So I've got the feeling that we'll see a draw on Monday evening...

One thing is for sure: The atmosphere will be superb (I wish I could be there)!

Probably we'll see him in the starting line ... since Oliver Neuville might be out with injury as well like Nando Rafael. It gets decided short time before the game begins...
