Let me start this post by saying that I am a big supporter of David Beckham.As a matter of fact,I think alot of the off-field nonsense that goes on with him overshadows this man's ability on the pitch.I have seen him play many a time and from what I have seen,this man is a playa',thru and thru.What I personally appreciate in any player,no matter the sport, is 'EFFORT' whenever they are in the game and let me tell you,Beckham gives his all "EVERYTIME" he is on the pitch.Trust me.Being a fan of Real"The Greatest Club in The World"Madrid,I would gladly take Beckham on "my" sqaud,even if it meant maybe,losing Luis Figo in return.I KNOW alot of my fellow Real' fans would not agree but,that's my personal opinion.
Anyhow,what this post is really about is all the B.S regarding a Beckham transfer,it's driving me mad,mad I say.I was reading some articles in the paper and on the net' from England this morning and the whinning from Beckham himself,his wife,his dad etc.is just incredible,sickening in fact.All I can say to this is,wake up Mr.Beckham and co., welcome to the reality of sport in 2003.These trades,transfers,free agent signings happen everyday in sports,they are nothing new and the players involved eventually get on with it.May I suggest the same for Beckham.Yes I know there are family concerns etc.with the kids and all,but I have to tell you that if I made footballers type of doe,i'd play in Tim-buck-too if I had to.Please Beck's, stop all this garbage about being treated unfair,life isn't fair,and take your "lumps" like a man.
On all the bashing of Sir Alex,the man is just doing what he feels is best for MAN U,plain and simple.It may backfire on him,but his job is to get the best players to play for his team and get winning results,that's all.
