I agree.

This is just the group making waves in the press that they've got a wad of cash. They don't have a true stadium plan (ie. agreements with the local governments) they just have a PowerPoint slide with a stadium and a large price tag next to it. And the standard "not confirming, nor denying, nor pissing anyone off" statement from MLS.

Additionally, Vegas fan base is transplants like Florida and it's pro teams. I think that is a recipe for low attendance or fans who only come when they're winning.
