Jeff Bradley's First XI (http://web.mlsnet.com/news/mls_news.jsp?ymd=20070529&content_id=95825&vkey=news_mls&fext=.jsp) takes a shot at the Revs. And it's kinda hard to argue after this past game.

Well, his comment is "show me something" and that seems appropriate.

I wouldn't say we're overrated, but we're definitely on the decline.
EDIT: Gold Cup rosters announced, Avery John is staying.

Nah, we only lost one game.
From here, the only way is up.

I'm referring to the past 5 years, we're no longer a dominant team, just a good team with all the rest. To be honest though, no team is incredible, just a bunch of good teams.

I'm not sure how long you've been following the Revs but for the first 5 years the Revs were the RSL of MLS. Good fans but a rag-tag mess on the field. In the past five years the team has growly slowly but progressively stronger to the point that now they are one of the top few teams in MLS. Yes, their are no dominent teams in MLS where parity has been the order of the day but IMO the Revs are a very solid team and at this point I wouldn't trade our roster or coach with any other team in MLS and a cut above 90% of the teams in MLS.

Nor am I. Trust me, I know of our woes before the Nicol era. I'm not saying fire the coach or anything, I'm just saying that as before when we pretty much always expected a result, we're beatable now. Yes it's still good, but we've dropped from a 10 to an 8.

I have to say sums up a lot of things.
