In terms of investment strategy i think the 2 Yanks have the right idea. Buy low, and then steadily grow the club and aim at promotion.

Millwall has loyal fan base but small. Success would bring attendance improvements but not enough. The reached an FA Cup Final but immediately fell away because of financial problems. They have a bad reputation, which was well earned but my club Leyton Orient had two of the best matches of the year in terms of crowds and excitement in London derbies this year.
