Dude, I see we agree!!

He's coming back for the same reason HSV loaned him out in the first place.

He sucks!

Stuttgart didn't get Zidan and they still didn't choose to keep Lauth. That should tell everyone something right there.

HSV have been waiting for that "1860 Lauth" since the day they signed him.

Just tells me that "1860 Lauth" was nothing more than circumstances working out for a home kid. That boy sucks. And probably will until he realizes it and works harder on his game.

Lauth has many of the same tools as Miroslav Klose. Here is what I believe the difference between the two is.

Klose worked his ass off to make his game great while Lauth believed all the "over-hype" and press at the beginning of his career, got a big head and thought he was great already.

He reminds me of Ricken in that respect.

Anyway, Hannover is said to be interested in Lauth, so maybe he'll find his old self there...then again, maybe not

Yes. Exactly! Except I actually rate Lauth a bit higher for at least leaving home. Ricken hasn't had the courage to ever leave Dortmund and he should have years ago.....

I don't believe he was ever for real to begin with. I think Lauth was created by a couple of decent seasons and a bunch of overhype by a German press corps eager to find the next German superstar.

Interested to see if Zidan can help solve HSV's scoring woes. Even healthy, van der Vaart can't do it all himself.

Oh yes he can! ;) but Zidan will definitely help out. I am hoping he has breakout season 15 goals would be nice I think he is capable, maybe that's pushing it

HSV!!! Your squad scared me a bit this past season. I wish you nothing but success in the upcoming season. Munich is gearing up for a big push next season but I think it will be a waste of money. VDV will guide you to glory!

And once again, we let our most versatile young player walk away to you guys.

Congratulations. You've got a kid who will work his ass off for your club.

And once again, BVB management proves they are the stupid asses of the Bundesliga.

They have been pretty accurate so far this season. I don't think they've missed one.

When it comes to sports, the Bild Zeitung is usually quite reliable (more so than most others). Actually, apart from the things that are obviously fake (descriptions of the naked girls, horoscopes,...) they don't really publish any wrong news, though they often concentrate on single aspects and their horrible methods are a story of their own (I've experienced some of it myself).

I don't think I've ever disagreed with anything you've ever said here more. Sure, "Bild" does get a lot right, but "quite reliable?"

I don't think so. I believe they print just as much bullshit as they do quality sports news.

Well, they often put out dubious rumors, but they always classify them as such. However, I can't remember any of their sports news that were published as "fact" to be wrong (like the new jerseys). Then again, I hardly ever buy the paper (although it's always good for a lough...for a short period of time until you get depressed), but I check their web page regularly (especially the sports section which is the only one that is reasonably digestible).

The reason I think is that the Bild Zeitung is so big (AFAIK the biggest daily paper outside of Japan and #3 in the world overall) that they are also very powerful and they have people inside almost every club and organization. Also the first address that your average joe goes to when he gets his hands onto anything or sees anything (like the secret meeting of Klose and Hoeneß) is the Bild Zeitung.
