My girlfriend and I are new members this year, being up here in DC and at teh United games has shown me another side to MLS...a side that lacked in tampa..but i live for going to the games now...and the tailgates are not too bad :D ....i can only imagine what matches will be like in a stadium like BMO when dc gets a soccer stadium together for dcu....thanks for allowing me to be apart of this!:D :D

What have been our membership figures in the past? Is this a huge jump? A nice bump?

We finished last season at 630 so for just 2 months into the '07 regular season we're off to a nice start (and a high renewal rate means we must be doing something right! :D)

Congratulations to all who have spread the word and signed folks up. I should have joined in '96 when we had seats in Section 114 right next to the Original Nest. Don't know why I waited until '01.

Probably most significantly we're on track to end '07 with almost a 100% membership increase from the end of '05. We may have hit the tipping point!
So many people have put so much work into this over the years. I just print the membership cards!
