will be at Brugge Brasserie (http://www.bruggebrasserie.com/) in Broad Ripple. Good pommes frites, great beer, and hopefully, another European championship for the Reds.

Yanks FC will not be "walking alone......"

I'll see you at the Brugge!!

Come on you Reds!!!

I'm predicting a great game from Riise... Don't know why, it just came to me, and I had to put something here!

I'll be at Brugge, too... can't wait for those pomme frites.

So, where do you see Riise having a great game from, midfield or will he be used in defense?

Any places downtown? My friend (a Gooner, curse him) doesn't feel like driving to Broad Ripple.

Saw the U.S. - Guana World Cup game at "Radio Radio" in Fountain Square, but haven't been by since. You might try calling the place. It's a mile at the most from downtown.

To state the obvious, I'm sure some of the many large TVs at Champps and Jillians will be tuned to ESPN 2; whether out of intent or simple coincidence is debatable.

Good question. I for one would like to see him in midfield. He seems to get far more chances to let the hammer swing (that left foot of his) when playing midfield. I am not sold on Kewell's fitness or readiness for this match, and I am firmly in the "Zenden has been ok lately" rather than the "Zenden's playing great!" camp. His injury helps keep him on the bench or out of the pitcure in my opinion. Moving Riise to midlfield surely puts Arbeloa at left back, which is a bit frightening as he has not played well lately... BUT.... the main thrust of the Milan attack will come through Kaka and the middle of the field. Agger and Carra are NOT Hyppia and Carra (from 2005) in my opinion and we can afford to take a slight risk at left back if it improves our attacking options. It's not like Milan have Christiano Ronaldo, Garrincha, or Stanley Matthews wide on the right.

Still not sure what Rafa will do.... but I think it will be one of two things....

Kuyt
Gerrard
Kewell -Alonzo-Mascherano-Pennant (ugh)
Riise-Carra-Agger-Finnan

OR

Kuyt - Crouch (possibly Bellamy for pace, but I prefer Crouch)
Riise - Alonzo - Mascherano - Gerrard
Arbeloa - Carra - Agger - Finnan

I'll be the one in the Red LFC T-Shirt from Istanbul, and the Red adidas Sambas... my son will be the one in the yellow away shirt from a few years back. Looking forward to meeting you yojohnc. I too was at Radio Radio for USA-Ghana..... we must have missd each other due to our doom and gloom.

MacNivens on Mass Ave would be a great place to watch the game as well.
