So basically, FSC is only going to show the US games in the group stages, and the other matches are split among THREE different spanish-speaking networks?!?

What a joke. I mean, don't take this the wrong way. I would indeed rather listen to spanish (which I don't speak) announcers than Christian Miles and Mark Rogondino. But at least I KNOW I can watch FSC. What Spanish channels do I already get? Which ones would I need Directv para todos for? If I do get Univision/Telefutura/Galavision, will my local affiliate of these stations (Philly) pre-empt some of the games (like they did at least once during the UNCAF tournament)?

What the hell is FSC doing? They see fit to show us every game of the Concacaf Champions Cup (USA or not), and the semis and finals of the freakin' Jamaican League Cup, but when it comes to our continent's marquee event, THAT'S when they decide to say, "Ehhh, let's just show the USA games."

This means that, for Directv customers and I'm sure plenty of cable customers in large swathes of the country, the Copa America (thanks to GolTV) will be more thouroughly covered than the Gold Cup in North America! Rididulous. Hope I'm missing something, or the tourney is heavily represented on the 'net.

For DirecTV customers on the basic package you should get all the spanish channels you need to watch every Gold Cup and Copa America match. In the Chicago area channels 13, 44, 60, 66, and 404 all have covered these matches in the past.

it really sucks when they put games on telefutura. there are so many people who don't have telefutura and directv doesn't provide a national feed in the basic package like they do w/ univision and galavision. if i want telefutura i have to pay $20 extra dollars or switch to a spanish language basic package.

Yeah...I think I should be able to see everything...the only Mexican biggie I don't get is Telemundo, which means I can't watch Mexico/Iran tomorrow. I'm lucky I do get Telefutura local channel. Sucks that a lot of people don't, like drt2k3. Maybe an online feed will show up.

definately sympathy for the Michigan poster... I at least get Univision down at my job in ann arbor, but up at home I have Charter, which doesn't have a single spanish channel, even on the most expensive packages.

Univision is part of basic cable.... I think Telefutura and Galavision are not, which are where most of the games are being played.

I got Dish Network... So I ain't got nothing to worry about... I get to watch all the games... :)

Aww you poor guys don't get to see every gold cup match and really do feel bad for you.

I guess I can spend some of the free time I will have pitying you since none of the gold cup will be televised in my area.

You did indeed have my sympathy. If, however, you have home access to the internet (maybe you only have the internet at work or something) and you're not stuck with dialup, then you should be able to watch online: www.myp2p.eu (http://www.myp2p.eu). Follow the directions in the forum for downloading the right player.

Good offensive pace so far and poor crosses. Entertaining. First goal is coming soon I think but I don't know which team is gonna score it.
