I heard a rumour that Neil Warnock "would jump at the chance to return to Football at Hearts." I don't know what everyone else thinks but I would welcome the Charisma in the SPL... ofcourse, I don't support HMFC, so it might be selfish of me, any thoughts?

I think he'd do a good job at Hearts. Dosen't seem the kind of guy that would take Romanov's pish though.

Outwith Celtic, Rangers, Hearts (and maybe Aberdeen or Hibs) I can't see him being interested. I would imagine his stock is still reasonably high in England and he could walk into a decent Championship job, at least, with plenty of resources when he decides to get back into football.

Well said! Also agree with your thoughts that there's no obvious vacancies - other then Tynecastle there's no spot open for consideration and would he want a slot outwith the bigger clubs? Nah!
More likely a 'sleeping' Championship side with ambition.

He loves the 'Ton and has a home just across the river from us in Dunoon. Sheffield United played a friendly against us at Cappielow last summer (they won 3-1 with a pretty strong team), and he sent a hand-written letter to the club congratulating Jim McInally on promotion this season.
Maybe in a few years he'll be in the hotseat here :D
I'd love to see him in charge at Hearts, simply because I don't think he'd let Romanov rule him.

It's been a month since this one was raised and it refuses to go away.
Rumours this morning are that Neil Warnock IS a possible but, much as I like him, I really can't see it happening. I reckon there's be too much friction with Mad Vlad ....... but I may be wrong!

Agreed, they'd kill each other.
To be honest I couldn't see Warnock opting for any team in Scotland outside the old firm, and I don't think he's suitable for Celtic Park or Ibrox.
