It would seem Rangers need to get their finger out 1st. Celtic have done a much better job with the finances and are doing a much better job scooping up players, in fact I believe the Ranger's back end staff are doing most of the scouting work for Celtic for the last 2 years, anytime a good player is found Celtic swoop in with the money. Although I have heard that most of the Ranger's transfer kitty is going toward some guy named "Ona Bosman" it should be interested on how he works out, lol.:eek:

i am not a Celtic Supporter, if that remark was directed at me..... I am just stating common sense, Rangers have much further to go to make the likes of G14, 10 years ago both Celtic and Rangers would have been good contenders, however, both teams have fallen off the European Standard. Let's face it Celtic and Rangers are interwoven with each other and are judged by the world that way. If Rangers are not there, Celtic won't make it and vice versa.

While I agree with most of what you have to say..... IMHO, Celtic would make it with or without Rangers. I don't care about Rangers but I'm PROUD_2_B_A CELT! :)
