Where on God's flat earth are they broadcasting this game? Anywhere? Will anyone pick it up? Or will I turn on FSW and find only Asian Football or some other clown show?

It's going to be shown live on RAI International (available on Dish Network and some digital cable systems). You can also listen to an Italian-language broadcast of it at www.radio.rai.it (click on Radio 1).

Aaaargh. Me Italiano is too poor to keep up with the announcers. What I learned of Italian came from listening in to my Mama and her family gossiping and trying to put two-and-two together. So the radio broadcast aint gonna help any. Thanks for the headsup anyway SueB.
Maybe I'll just jet up there to Vermont and watch it there! It's been YEARS since I was back home in New England and I miss it terribly, specially now that the Humid Summer has descended on Georgia.

Well, I'll probably listen in and do a running pbp on this board. It's great practice for my listening comprehension. Funny though, the Italian I've learned this way doesn't help me understand my mother-in-law, because she doesn't use too much calcio terminology in her daily conversation :)

When is the game broadcast, and when will you be doing your running commentary?

RAI International lists the TV broadcast as starting at 1:50 pm Eastern on Wednesday, so I'll try to tune into the radio around then (just hope no dastardly work meetings appear on my calendar between now and then :) ).
