As UEFA and FIFA like to punish teams by saying they "bring the game into disrepute," is it possible that Wigan could be demoted/docked points or punished in some other manner due to Whelan's pompous rants?

Just a thought, as I am sick and tired of this whole mess.

By insinuating that the Premier league are a bunch of liars! Especially Scudamore.
People in Glas houses,
Whelan should know about illegal activities his Retail Stores were recently succesfully prosecuted (along with others) for Price fixing over the England replica shirts, something that ripped of thousands of England supporters, just a shame Wigan didnt go down with Sheffield.

You can only charge an individual with bringing the game into disrepute, not a club.*

* I think.

Anyway, no need to punish our fans for Whelan being a gobby *****.
