Just wondering if anyone else saw Alexi on FFF, and if they had any thoughts on what he had to say. Or if anyone had any opinion on what he is doing in LA now.

I caught the last bit of it. Everyone laughs at him for some of the silly comments he tends to make, but I was glad to have him standing up for MLS and the quality of American soccer. He wasn't conceding anything in the face of "EPL adversity" and I was rather proud of him for it :D

Actually it was about match fixing in Italy when he played there. Apperently it's been going on since his days in the late 80's to early 90's.

The episode I saw was when the commentators were discussing the quality of MLS play, and how we're not one of the top 5 leagues yet, and A.L. was, "hey, I disagree, and here's why..." Is it Nick and Steve? They were coming off as extremely judgmental, like pat the little MLS people on the heads, aren't they cute, thinking American Soccer can compete... But like I said, I just caught the last 5 or 10 minutes of the show and maybe my impression was wrong :)

Yeah he seemed to have the right ideas, and represented the league rather well. He didn't back down to any of the tough questions.

I caught it also, alexi came across pretty well I thought even when those fool hosts suggested that the instead of relegation maybe our bottom clubs should start the next yr with a point deduction.

Lala's act is a good fit in LA.
