EPL teams are there...Just find the town: ie: mouse over Manchester and you get a pop up with " Manchester--8 football clubs". click it it shows you exactly where the stadiums are.

My one trip down to Bower Fold saw them win with a goal in the final minute :(.
Actually wouldn't mind seeing them back up again, even a return to the League at some point.
