Good move! He's as responsible as anyone for their top half finish. Don't think he will deterioate too dramatically with age as a field player would, and hopefully he will get a little bit wiser too, as he continues to show himself to be what he always was, an incredible ball-stopper and poor decision maker.

I still find it hard to believe that Man city let him leave,he has had a great season for Pompey and no matter what rushes to the head he has he is a superb keeper.
I for one use to believe the hype about him being a calamity figure that has changed now and i still think he should be Englands number 1.
