See how this idea strikes you.
Being that (1) the stadium parking lot will open late (11?), and that (2) it seems at though the University frowns on traditional tailgating activities, how about if interested USA fans meet up at the Capital Ale House in Richmond for Sunday brunch?

They look to have a pretty good brunch menu, though I'll admit I stopped reading after seeing

Actually, this place is one of the better beer bars in the region. The fact that they happen to have what appears to be a great brunch menu is just icing on the cake.
